2014 race season? Good part was I made a few bucks, bagged a bunch of trophies and got a gold card for 2015 entry fees. Bad part was we had some gremlins that cost us rounds and we wasted too much fuel in the truck driving to rained out events.
2014 projects and maintenance? The truck rebuild got the lion's share of my time(and $$) early in the year. Major body repairs on Mom's Cavalier consumed all my Wednesday garage days for most of the summer and I've only gotten a little bit of cutting and fitting done on the new race car since the Cavalier was finished.
2014 life in general? Health stayed really good except for beating my hands up with tools and dropping stuff on my feet and still thinking I can lift heavy stuff like a 20 year old LOL. Started the 35th year with my soulmate Marie, lost two very old pets but got two new ones and got some major home improvements done.
2015 plans? Find a few sponsors to help with travel expenses to the other tracks to chase those ADRA points. Then the big one - try to get the new race car finished.

Started looking over some photos on my Facebook page and found proof that even an old guy with an old truck, an old open trailer and a 17 second $175 Saturn can have fun Drag Racing.
